The Onesys team are based at two office locations at York and in London so that we are able to offer UK wide sales, service and support. Richard Knowles- Managing Director

Richard has been MD at Onesys since its inception in 1972. He has enjoyed a long successful career at director level in the food industry responsible for finance and IT for major groups such as United Biscuits and Hillsdown Holdings. This was followed by positions in the distribution, retail and service industries. His experience allows him to interpret the needs of diverse organisations at all levels.

Laurie Pottage - Sales Director

Laurie joined Onesys in 2002 from Nat West, with responsibility for our successful launch of Sage Coretime Timesheet Software into the project management sector.  We are now the biggest supplier of these products in the UK market. Laurie is a passionate believer in the customer service and long term partner relationship ethos of the company. To many of our clients Laurie is the ‘face’ of Onesys.

David Bickerdike – Office Manager

David has been with Onesys since its establishment and has prior experience with an accountancy practice. As Office Manager and Financial Controller he is responsible for invoicing and handling any accounts issues and queries raised by our clients. From receipt of a customer order, he will order the software to fulfil the new requirement and ensure that installation and implementation is scheduled into the delivery plan ensuring that the right resources are available at the right time to fulfil new orders and provide excellent customer service.  

Mick Lowe - Head of Customer Services

Mick Lowe is responsible for managing and coordinating our support team, ensuring that we provide a seamless service from the moment you choose our software as your preferred business solution. We understand the importance that our clients place on the ease of implementation and integration of any new software tool in their business. We pride ourselves on being able to claim a highly integrated and qualified support team able to deliver excellent customer service.

Karl Wilson – Support Analyst

Karl has previous experience in client service environments in the hospitality sector and is highly customer focussed. He has extensive experience of implementing Sage Coretime gained from having worked with hundreds of Sage Coretime clients from across a broad spectrum of professional service companies. He is quickly able to assess and recommend how Sage Coretime can best be configured to meet individual client needs.
 
Karl also delivers training to key users who typically range from project and office managers to accounts personnel. Any support issues relating to Sage Coretime are dealt with by Karl, but we work as an integrated team and always try to ensure that we match the client issue with the most appropriate resource to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible by the person with the most relevant expertise.
