Sage 50 and Sage 200 Accounts Integration

Sage Coretime can easily be integrated with Sage Accounts to remove another area of double entry which is common in many businesses. Coretime is ideal for clients who are already using Sage 50 or Sage 200. However Sage Coretime will also link to other accounts packages using an interface import to send invoices to accounts. A great number of our clients do already use Sage Accounts software and as a Sage Business Partner we have lots of experience in linking with other Sage products. However, we also have existing clients with a number of different Account packages such as Access, Exchequer and Pegasus.

*Integration with Accounting solutions is only available for the on-premise solution.

Sage Coretime can also be used as a standalone package as it has both Invoicing and Debtors functions (including receivables). This gives you complete control over billing and cash flow.

For clients who want to take advantage of Sage integration there are a number of options available:

Sage Coretime invoicing

Invoices can be raised in Sage Coretime and sent directly to Sage 50 or Sage 200 Sales Ledgers.

Purchase Invoices and Orders

Can be sent to Sage Coretime from Sage 50 or Sage 200 for immediate project costing and determination of project cost commitments. Also available exclusively from Onesys is NEW Purchase Order functionality within Sage Coretime, which allows you to view purchase orders within projects and keep track of costs against budget from within Sage Coretime. Find out more about Purchase Order management within Sage Coretime.

Receipts

Can be posted to the Sage 50 and Sage 200 Sales Ledger.

Customer Data

A two way interface exists between Sage Coretime and Sage CRM. This allows a 360 degree view of customers and projects so that you can track customer relationships right from the business development stage through to project delivery.
